老北京的传统小吃的英文说法
最近在翻译一篇关于北京小吃的文章，其中很多传统小吃，用翻译工具翻译出来后意思都扭曲了，这只能说明我们北京小吃的内涵和中国饮食文化的博大精深，中译英分直译和意译，哪一种能准确表达，则为首选。但要做到这点还是有难度的。所以，许多北京小吃的英文菜单最终确定为以汉语拼音代替英文，像“豆汁”就直接用拼音写为“DOUZHIER”。部分难理解的小吃后面还附有英文解释。我也在网上找了一些，贴出来给大家看看吧。如果有错误或者补充的，留言就行了。
